Title: "A stochastic variational approach to the Navier-Stokes equation".

Abstract: We present a variational principle for Navier-Stokes that generalizes V. Arnold's characterization of the Euler equation. It considers stochastic (instead of deterministic) Lagrangian flows.
We then present some stability properties of these flows.
Finally we discuss possible ways to use this characterization in order to prove existence of the Navier-Stokes flows.
