Abstract: Mathematical modeling of some physical processes leads to nonlocal problems for partial differential equations. A special class of nonlocal problems is problems with integral conditions. These conditions commonly arise in situations where the boundary of a process is inaccessible (heat conduction, processes in liquid plasma, dynamics of ground waters, thermoelasticity and some technological process).

In this talk we consider some problems with nonlocal conditions for partial differential equations. Special attention will be given to the nonlocal problems with integral conditions for parabolic equations. Also we will describe a connection between nonlocal and inverse problems and possible research methods of nonlocal problems for nonlinear parabolic equations.
