Project: Mathematics for Health and Ageing Mathematics for Health and Ageing

Description: Mathematics for Health and Ageing is a group whose work addresses questions related Health and Ageing through a mathematical perspective. We work toward a better tomorrow by bringing our expertise within mathematics, such as statistics, operations research and actuarial sciences to issues that affect decisions about health, medicine and well-being. We are part of the "NOVA Ageing group”, a NOVA Health group committed to increase research, knowledge and innovation in the field of ageing and related conditions, towards an active and healthy ageing.

Methods: Optimization | Statistics and multivariate statistics I Actuarial Sciences

CMA Researchers: Manuel Esquível; Miguel Fonseca; Maria Isabel Gomes; Gracinda Guerreiro; Isabel Natário; Paula Simões.
