A CMA member was elected as Vice-President of the European Society of Mathematics and Theoretical Biology

The CMA member, Maíra Aguiar, was elected as Vice-President of the European Society of Mathematics and Theoretical Biology for the period 2018-2020.

"The European Society for Mathematical and Theoretical Biology (ESMTB) was founded in 1991 during the first European Conference on Mathematics Applied to Biology and Medicine in l`Alpes d`Huez, France.
