CMA together with FCT NOVA celebrates the Science and Technology Week, which runs from November 23 to 29, 2020.
The JORTEC Matemática will be held at NOVA School of Science and Technology (FCT NOVA), 10th February 2020.
Following the success of the first edition, the Winter School MathMasters returns to Department of Mathematics of NOVA School of Science and Technology (FCT NOVA). The mathematics winter school for college students runs from 13th to 17th January of 2020.

Rogério Martins was selected to integrate the Scientific Committee of the National Reading Plan ("Plano Nacional de Leitura").
The CMA member Rogério Martins, was nominated to be a member, between 2019-2022, of the Committee for Raising Public Awareness of Mathematics of the European Mathematical Society.
The "Cientificamente Provável" is a joint initiative of the State Secretariat of Education, through the School Libraries’ Network, and the State Secretariat for Science, Technology and Higher Education.

Professor Rogério Martins was invited to give a prestigious lecture at the International Congress of Mathematicians (ICM 2018).
The International Congress of Mathematicians (ICM) is the largest conference for the topic of mathematics and it is held every 4 years.

Summer school "MathIngenious 2017" takes place between the 5th and the 7th of July of 2017, at the mathematical Department of FCT/NOVA.
A Escola de Verão de Combinatória decorrerá entre o dia 10 e 14 de julho de 2017 no Departamento de Matemática (Edifício VII), Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Destina-se aos alunos de Matemática de licenciatura ou de mestrado. A Escola consiste em três mini-cursos que abordam diferentes áreas de investigação em Combinatória.
